Small Part Bending

• Bending flat bars, round bars, and square bars
• Maximum bending length: 100 mm
• Maximum material dimensions:
  • Square bar: 20×20 mm
  • Flat bar: 100×15 mm
  • Round bar: 20 mm

Thread Tapping

We use an electric tapping arm for thread tapping.
Maximum thread sizes:

• Carbon steel and stainless steel: up to M24
• Aluminium: up to M32

Hole Punching

Punching various holes in sheet metal.
Maximum hole diameter: 36 mm

Available punching tools:

• Square hole punches: 9×9, 10×10, 11×11, 12×12, 13×13 mm
• Round hole punches: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36 mm
• Extended round (oval) hole punches: 7×15, 9×20, 10×20, 10×36, 11×22, 11×36, 12×24, 13×36 mm
